What a lot of folks don't know is that it's actually by Ike Turner & His orchestra, but since he was already signed to Modern, Chess had to release it under his piano player's name, although I do believe Jackie did sing that one, as per normal as he was also the main singer in Ike's band. Be that as it may,it also turned out to be a legit "million seller", which was a huge thing for a '50s record... and although Ike band had several tunes just like this, it IS conceivably the first to get released on record.
